Every programme on this table sells the same thing at a different price. What separates them is not the brochure but what the passport does at a border, and what a court can do to the programme afterwards.

Where Argentina would sit

On passport reach, first — 169 destinations against 154 for the strongest Caribbean programme. On price, mid-table for a single applicant at USD 350,000 against USD 200,000–250,000 for the Caribbean, and dearer than most of the table for a family, since each dependant is priced separately. On residence requirement, level with the Caribbean at nil.

The distinguishing features are not the passport or the price. They are Mercosur settlement rights across nine countries, a G20 economy rather than a small island state, and a statutory tax carve-out passed by Congress. No other programme on this table offers the first two at all.

The distinguishing weakness is equally clear: every other open programme on this table has published rules and accepts applications. Argentina has neither.

Minimums are single-applicant qualifying amounts and exclude government, due diligence and professional fees. Visa-free counts follow the principal 2026 index and vary by methodology — see why the figures diverge. Each row requires primary verification before being relied upon.
