Priced, but not open.

Presented, not open. On 2 October 2026 the Minister of Economy priced the programme at USD 350,000, or a USD 800,000 bond, and targeted a fourth-quarter launch. No implementing rule has been published, the enabling decree is on appeal before the Supreme Court and the operator tender was annulled. Position as at 8 October 2026.

Cámara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Civil y Comercial Federal, Sala III, ruled against the citizenship provisions of Decree 366/2025.

30 June 2026

National Electoral Chamber

Declared DNU 366/2025 null in Yang Liping, reasoning that citizenship carries the right to vote and that electoral matters are reserved to Congress rather than the executive.

Supreme Court

The Government has appealed. Argentine courts generally find a norm unconstitutional only for the case before them, so the decrees remain on the books and the position is unresolved.
